Zambidis Club’s philosophy is to improve the quality of life through exercise and generally psychosomatic empowerment through martial arts.
Thus, someone can gain confidence, discipline, sharpness, wellness and fitness, high speed perception and self defense under realistic attack circumstances and improve the physical condition releasing the negative energy from everyday demanding rhythms.
